You acknowledge that all proprietary rights are owned by us or our licensors. This Agreement does not grant rights beyond the limited license to use the Software and Services. The Jewels Cascade application trademark is not licensed under this license.

Updates and Upgrades

Unless otherwise specified, software updates or upgrades, including bug fixes, new features, or changes in functionality, will be automatically applied in accordance with this Agreement.

Termination of Service
